The forum presented the latest research and discussed progress of the Home at Last ‐ Older Persons Housing Information & Support Service, a Homelessness Innovations Action Project funded by the Victorian Government. The forum also heard directly from a panel of older people and viewed a short film on how a secure and affordable home had created individual health and well-being whilst building a strong community for these residents.
