This submission is a response by Housing for the Aged Action Group (HAAG) to the issues paper considering the General Exemption Order (GEO) related to license exemptions granted for the transmission, supply, distribution and sale of electricity in Victoria. This response relates specifically to the exemptions granted to caravan and residential park and village owners and operators supplying and on-selling electricity through an embedded network, and the consequent impact on long term tenants and residents.
