The Housing for the Aged Action Group Inc (HAAG) imade response to the Department of Planning and Community Development (DPCD) on the Regulatory Impact Statement published in March 2010 regarding the Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Movable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Regulations 2010 (RIS). This submission was made further to HAAG consultation with DPCD in February 2009.
