This Home at Last film, Produced by Bentwheel productions was launched at the Home at Last Forum held on Thursday 18th April 2013. The forum provided information to the community as well as housing, aged care and community agencies about the issues facing older people at risk of homelessness. The forum presented the latest research and discussed progress of the Home at Last ‐ Older Persons Housing Information & Support Service, a Homelessness Innovations Action Project funded by the Victorian Government. The forum also heard directly from a panel of older people and viewed a short film on how a secure and affordable home had created individual health and well-being whilst building a strong community for these residents.
