A study of the Housing and Support needs of Older People in Herefordshire

This research sought to understand the overall needs of older people in the administrative area of Herefordshire and any differences that existed between the local housing market areas. The work needed to: Focus on older people, defined as over 50. Understand future need and demand for housing and services for older people. Understand the linkages between housing, health and care, including specialist housing, for example sheltered and extra care housing and the role they play in the quality of life of older people.
