The Finnish Homelessness Strategy: An International Review
The review covered the whole of the programme to reduce long-term homelessness
implemented during 2008–2011 and 2012–2015, Paavo I and Paavo II. The review
focused on the programme as a whole as well as its different aspects from the point
of view of implementing the Housing First model in Finnish society.

This report considers the challenges New Zealand faces with an increasing number of people reaching retirement age as tenants. These challenges not only include those around adequacy of income but also those around availability and access to suitable housing. In addition there is an overlaying challenge of the sheer number of people reaching retirement age over the next decade.

The Future of Housing for Older Australians
This paper outlines the issues associated with the provision of a range of seniors housing products, including affordable products for those on lower incomes. It identifies strategies and makes recommendations for removing some of the key barriers to providing these housing products to address the current gaps in the seniors living market.

Supply shortages and affordability outcomes in the private rental sector: short and longer term trends
This report found there was a shortage of 271 000 affordable and available rental dwellings for very-low-income households in 2011, an increase of 60 000 since 2006.
